\u201cPainting Angel\u2019s Wings\u201d is a picture-book creation contest for children with disabilities, organized by the Lawrence S. Ting Foundation. The contest aims to enrich educational resources and raise public awareness about the lives of vulnerable communities. Now in its fourth edition, it seeks to connect creative individuals of all ages with the disabled community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This year\u2019s winning entries will be adapted into accessible formats and added to the Digital Library for Children with Disabilities, managed by the Lawrence S. Ting Foundation. In addition, top works will be showcased at the annual Children\u2019s Art Exhibition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the organizers, registration is open until October 10, 2025. Submissions are accepted from October 1 to November 15, 2025, and public voting will take place from October 1 to November 25, 2025. Participants must create an account and log in to register, sign up for workshops, and vote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The judging panel includes author Ph\u1ea1m Th\u1ecb Ho\u00e0i Anh (content judge) and author-illustrator L\u01b0\u01a1ng Linh (art judge). The program is supported by ASUS, Advertising Vietnam, Doanh Nh\u00e2n+, and Nh\u1ecbp C\u1ea7u \u0110\u1ea7u T\u01b0, and offers attractive prizes for outstanding entries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
